1. Reveal about your problems to someone

However, make sure that the person you are talking to is a close friend of yours, parents or siblings who you can trust.
2. Exercise regularly
A strict and daily routine of simply walking or running can make you feel so much better about yourself. If you are upset or worried about something, just head out for a walk. Carry soothing or peppy music numbers with you.
3. Switch off from work
Once you get back home from work, it is better to keep any work-related issues out of your mind. Unless it is absolutely necessary, do not take calls from colleagues or answer work emails. This is a great way to ensure that you keep any professional stress out of your mind.
4. Watch your favourite movie/ TV series
Sometimes the best way to relax is just sit down and watch your favourite sit-com or movie. Even if for a while, it takes you away from unwanted thoughts and lets you explore a world which is completely different from the one that you are presently living in.
